Penciled in bookings need to be confirmed within 3 working days of the enquiry and the deposit paid within 3 working days of the invoice date. 
We are unable to chase up confirmations or deposits, so to guarantee your chosen dates please ensure you have confirmed and paid the deposit. 

 

24 hour block sessions start and finish at 10am.

No recordings can leave the studio until all payments are up to date. Unaccompanied sessions require payment in advance. 

Sessions are charged from the start time arranged.

Absolutely No SMOKING OR VAPING inside any buildings.

 

Damage and breakages to equipment and property through reckless or thoughtless behaviour will be chargeable.

All our accommodation is provided for quiet rest and sleeping between sessions. Neither the apartment or the house are suitable for late night socialising as there are other residents to consider. After midnight it has to be very quiet. We need the place to be respected, looked after and left as it was found. We reserve the right to terminate the booking if these conditions are not met.
