TERMS OF BUSINESS

All bookings at Stonegate Recording Studios are subject to the terms of this agreement.


 

 

Unless otherwise agreed

Half day sessions run from 9.30am to 1.30pm or 2pm to 6pm.

Evening Sessions run from 6.30pm to 9.30pm

Full day sessions run from 10am to 6pm.

 

BOOKING POLICY

All sessions must be paid for in full to confirm booking and payment must be completed at least 14 days before the dates booked.

Full refunds are given with 14 days notice from the first session booked, after this time a 75% refund will be applied.​​

The fees will not be reduced on account of the customer not using the studio for any or all of the period of the booking and/or the client’s cancellation of the booking or any part thereof after the cancellation period.

OVERTIME POLICY

If the Period of Booking is exceeded for any reason, the Customer shall be charged an overtime fee at the price agreed during the time of booking.
It is the responsibility of the Client to fully understand these costs before any booking.
The Overtime Fee shall accrue on an hourly basis for every hour exceeding the Period of Booking.

​We only do online file transfers up to 500MB, if you need to take away multitrack files you will need to bring an SD drive.

Absolutely No SMOKING OR VAPING inside any buildings.

 

Damage and breakages to equipment and property through reckless or thoughtless behaviour will be chargeable.

All our accommodation is provided for quiet rest and sleeping between sessions. Neither the apartment or the house are suitable for late night socialising as there are other residents to consider. After midnight it has to be very quiet. We need the place to be respected, looked after and left as it was found. We reserve the right to terminate the booking if these conditions are not met.
